The main requirement of the project is to provide winters and summer guests with a touristic complex with facility and services that meet the actual standards of hospitality and quyality.

The architectural style resumes from the old project but adds a brikhouse, divided by a glass wall that marks the new body. The architectural choices have been influenced by the nearby town swimming pool, to which the new building relates to, maintaining a unique connection with meadows, the main feature of this area of the valley.
